Correction
  • Replaced boom hold valve pilot cartridge — new poppet, spring, and seat.
  • Cleaned pilot passage bore, verified clear of debris.
  • Drained and flushed hydraulic tank; replaced return and pilot filter elements; filled with Cat HYDO Advanced 10W.
  • Bled circuits, cycled all functions 10x — zero drift at full height for 5 min at operating temp.
  • Drained and refilled DEF system with verified stock; cleared DTCs, completed forced regen.
  • Monitored SCR efficiency 20 min post-regen — within spec, no codes.
  • Advised superintendent Mark Torres on proper DEF storage; recommended follow-up S·O·S at 50 hrs.
