Keycard users can separately opt in to low-volume operational and customer-care text messages from their authenticated Settings screen.

How consent works

A separate, voluntary choice

  1. 1The user signs in to Keycard and adds a mobile phone number.
  2. 2Keycard verifies that phone number before showing the text-message preference.
  3. 3The user may check a separate, optional box to receive Keycard work-order updates by text.
  4. 4Keycard records when consent is given. The user may later uncheck the box or reply STOP to opt out.
