SMS notification consent
Keycard users can separately opt in to low-volume operational and customer-care text messages from their authenticated Settings screen.

The phone number shown is in the reserved fictional 555-01xx range and does not belong to a real person.
How consent works
A separate, voluntary choice
- 1The user signs in to Keycard and adds a mobile phone number.
- 2Keycard verifies that phone number before showing the text-message preference.
- 3The user may check a separate, optional box to receive Keycard work-order updates by text.
- 4Keycard records when consent is given. The user may later uncheck the box or reply STOP to opt out.
